Our honest read
If you only need the company, the agent and the federal return, Firstbase a la carte ($1,912 plus state fee in year one) is cheaper than StartGlobal Managed LLC, which also includes bookkeeping and annual reports. Against Firstbase One, which does include accounting, Managed LLC costs less in every year. For formation alone StartGlobal is cheaper: $399 with the state fee included and no required add-ons, against $1,013 plus state fee for Start with the agent and address Firstbase requires.

Formation is $399 once, with all state and government fees included, covering the state filing, first-year registered agent, US bank account setup and an operating agreement.
