Downloading Filed Documents
Overview
After StartGlobal files compliance documents with the state on your behalf, the confirmed filings become available for download in your portal. This includes Annual Report confirmations, Franchise Tax receipts, and other state-filed documents. This guide shows you how to find and download these documents from the compliance section.
Before You Begin
- At least one compliance filing (Annual Report, Franchise Tax, or reinstatement) must have been completed by StartGlobal on your behalf.
- You must be logged in to the StartGlobal client portal.
- Ensure your browser allows file downloads and is not blocking pop-ups.
1. Navigate to the Compliance Dashboard

What to do: Click "Compliance" in the left sidebar navigation.

2. Open the Relevant Compliance Tab

What to do: Click the tab corresponding to the document you want to download: Compliance Summary, Registered Agent, or Annual Report.

The selected tab displays cards for completed and in-progress filings.
3. Locate the Document List

What to do: On a completed filing card, look for the documents section.
- What you will see
A list of available documents, each shown with a file icon, the document name, and a "DOWNLOAD" button to the right. While documents are loading, you will see the message "Loading documents...". If no documents are available yet, you will see "No documents available yet".
4. Download a Document

What to do: Click the "DOWNLOAD" button next to the document you want.

The document file downloads to your computer through your browser's standard download process. The file will typically be in PDF format.
5. Verify the Download

What to do: Open the downloaded file from your browser's download bar or your computer's Downloads folder.
- What you will see
The official filed document, which may include state stamps, filing numbers, and confirmation details.
What Happens Next
- Downloaded documents are yours to keep for your business records. We recommend saving copies in a secure location.
- These documents serve as proof that your business has met its compliance obligations with the state.
- Documents remain available in your portal for future downloads at any time.
