Booking a Support Call

Overview

StartGlobal is developing a call booking feature that will allow you to schedule a live phone or video call with a support team member. While this feature is currently marked as coming soon, this guide explains where to find the booking option and what alternatives are available in the meantime.

  • You must be logged in to your StartGlobal dashboard at app.startglobal.co.
  • Note that the call booking feature is currently listed as coming soon and is not yet available for use.
  1. Click "SUPPORT" in the sidebar navigation.

    What you will see

    The support interface with the ticket list on the left and the conversation panel on the right.

2. Locate the Book Call Button

  1. On the support welcome screen (visible when no ticket is selected), locate the "Book Call" button.

    What you will see

    A "Book Call" button with a "coming soon" indicator. This button is currently disabled and cannot be clicked.

3. Use Alternative Support Channels (Current)

Since call booking is not yet available, use one of these alternatives:

  1. Click "Create New Ticket" to open a support ticket with your question or issue.

    The ticket creation interface where you can describe your issue in detail. See Creating a Support Ticket.

Or:

  1. Select an existing ticket and use the chat feature to communicate with the support team.

    What you will see

    The chat interface for real-time messaging. See Chatting with Support.

What Happens Next

  • When the call booking feature becomes available, you will be able to schedule a call directly from the support section.
  • StartGlobal will announce the feature launch through the dashboard and notifications.
  • In the meantime, the support team is available through the ticket and chat system to address all your questions and concerns.
