Overview

StartGlobal offers a range of business services beyond company formation, including compliance, legal, accounting, and other tools to help your business grow. You can browse available services from your dashboard and purchase them directly through the platform. This guide explains how to explore the services available to you and complete a purchase.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged in to your StartGlobal dashboard at app.startglobal.co.
  • You should have a payment method on file or be ready to add one. See Viewing Payment History for payment method management.

1. Browse Available Services

  1. From the sidebar, explore the service categories: COMPLIANCE, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, and UTILITIES.

    What you will see

    Each section presents the services available within that category. Services include descriptions, pricing, and any applicable details.

2. View Promotional Cards on Home

  1. Navigate to "HOME" from the sidebar.

    What you will see

    On your dashboard home page, below the Action Items section, you will find Promotional Cards highlighting featured services and special offers from StartGlobal.

3. Select a Service

  1. Click on the service you are interested in to view its details.

    What you will see

    A detailed view of the service including what is included, pricing, and any terms or requirements.

4. Proceed to Purchase

  1. Click the purchase or subscribe button for the service you want.

    What you will see

    A checkout flow where you can review the service details, apply a discount code (see Applying Discount Codes), and confirm your payment method.

5. Complete Payment

  1. Review the order summary and click the confirm or pay button.

    What you will see

    A processing indicator while your payment is being processed through Stripe. Upon success, you will see a confirmation message.

6. Access Your Purchased Service

  1. After purchase, navigate to the relevant section of your dashboard to access the service.

    What you will see

    The purchased service will be available in the appropriate section (e.g., a compliance service will appear under COMPLIANCE).

What Happens Next

  • After purchasing a service, it will be activated for your account.
  • Depending on the service type, you may see it immediately in your dashboard or receive further instructions via email.
  • Subscription services will be billed according to their recurring schedule and can be managed in the Billing section.
  • One-time services will be fulfilled by the StartGlobal team.

Troubleshooting

Payment failed

Verify your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Try a different card or contact your bank.

Service not appearing after purchase

Allow a few minutes for activation. Refresh the page. If still not visible, contact support.

Cannot find a specific service

Use the sidebar to explore all categories. If the service is not listed, it may not be available yet. Contact support for inquiries about upcoming services.

Checkout page not loading

Check your internet connection. Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and scripts from Stripe.
