Creating a Support Ticket

Overview

StartGlobal's support system lets you create tickets to get help with any questions, issues, or requests related to your company formation or account. Tickets are managed through a dedicated support interface with a ticket list on the left and a chat panel on the right. This guide walks you through creating a new support ticket and managing your existing ones.

  • You must be logged in to your StartGlobal dashboard at app.startglobal.co.
  • Have a clear description of your issue or question ready before creating a ticket.
  1. Click "SUPPORT" in the sidebar navigation.

    What you will see

    The support interface with two panels:

    • Left panel (360px wide) -- Your ticket list showing all existing tickets.
    • Right panel -- The chat/conversation area for the selected ticket.

2. View the Welcome Screen

  1. If you have no tickets yet, observe the welcome message in the right panel.

    What you will see

    A welcome screen with the message "Welcome to Support" followed by "Create a ticket if you need help with anything." A "Create New Ticket" button and a "Book Call" button (marked as coming soon) will be displayed.

3. Create a New Ticket

  1. Click the "Create New Ticket" button.

    What you will see

    A form or dialog where you can provide details about your issue, including a subject line and description.

  2. Enter a descriptive subject for your ticket (e.g., "Question about my EIN application status").

  3. Provide a detailed description of your issue or question in the message field.

  4. Click the submit or send button to create the ticket.

    What you will see

    Your new ticket will appear in the ticket list on the left panel. The right panel will show the conversation thread for your newly created ticket.

4. Browse Existing Tickets

  1. Scroll through the ticket list in the left panel to find an existing ticket.

    What you will see

    Each ticket in the list shows the ticket subject and its current status.

  2. Click on a ticket to open its conversation in the right panel.

    What you will see

    The full conversation thread for the selected ticket, including your messages and support team responses.

What Happens Next

  • After creating a ticket, the StartGlobal support team will review your inquiry and respond through the ticket conversation.
  • You will receive a notification when a response is available.
  • You can continue the conversation by sending additional messages within the ticket.
  • Keep your ticket open until your issue is fully resolved.

Troubleshooting

Create New Ticket button not visible

Scroll to the top of the support page. If still not visible, try refreshing the page.

Ticket not appearing in the list after creation

Refresh the page. The ticket may take a moment to appear.

Cannot send messages in an existing ticket

The ticket may be closed. Create a new ticket or contact support through an alternative channel.

Support page not loading

Check your internet connection. Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.
