How to Reset Your Password
Overview
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, you can reset it directly from the login page. StartGlobal will send you an email with a secure link to create a new password. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
Before You Begin
- You must have an existing StartGlobal account.
- You need access to the email address associated with your account.
- The password reset link is time-sensitive, so complete the process promptly after receiving the email.
Part 1: Request a Password Reset Link
- Navigate to the StartGlobal login page.

Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field.
What you will seeYou will be taken to the Forgot Password page with a single Email input field.
- Enter the email address associated with your StartGlobal account.
- Click the "Send reset link" button.

A confirmation screen with the heading "Check your email" and the message: "We've sent password reset instructions to [your email address]."
Part 2: Reset Your Password

Open the email from StartGlobal in your inbox.
Look for the password reset email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Click the password reset link in the email.
What you will seeYou will be taken to the Reset Password page with two fields: New password and Confirm password.
- Enter your new password in the New password field. Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm password field to confirm it matches.
- Click the "Reset password" button.
- What you will see
A success confirmation, and you will be automatically redirected to the login page after 3 seconds. You can then log in with your new password.
What Happens Next
- You will be redirected to the login page automatically after 3 seconds.

- Your old password will no longer work.
