How to Sign Up for a New Account
Overview
Creating a StartGlobal account is a quick, three-step process. You will select your business stage, answer a few questions about your goals, and then fill out your account details. Once complete, you will have immediate access to your dashboard.
Before You Begin
- Have a valid email address that you can access (you will need to verify it later).
- Have a phone number where you can receive verification codes.
- Decide whether you are forming a new LLC or managing an existing one.
Step 1: Choose Your Business Stage
- Navigate to the StartGlobal signup page.
- You will see the heading "Where are you in your business journey?" with two options:
- "Just getting started" -- Select this if you need to form a new US LLC.
- "I already have an LLC incorporated in the US" -- Select this if you have an existing company and need compliance or management services.
- Click the option that matches your situation.

Step 2: Answer the Questionnaire
- You will be presented with four questions about your business goals and needs.
- Select the answer that best fits your situation for each question.
- Progress through each question by clicking the next option.

Step 3: Create Your Account

Fill in the following fields on the account creation form:
Field What to Do First name Enter your legal first name (e.g., John). Last name Enter your legal last name (e.g., Doe). Email Enter your email address (e.g., john@example.com). Country Select your country of residence. This may be auto-detected based on your location. State Select your state or province, if applicable. Password Create a password that meets the requirements (see below). Phone Enter your phone number with country code. - Password requirements
As you type your password, a strength indicator will appear. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
- Email typo detection
If you mistype a common email domain (e.g., "gmai.com" instead of "gmail.com"), the system will display a suggestion such as "Did you mean gmail.com?". Click the suggestion to correct it, or ignore it if your email is correct.
- Email validation
Your email address will be checked to confirm it is a valid, deliverable address.
- Click the "GET STARTED" button (displayed with a right arrow on desktop).
- What you will see
A success message: "Excellent! Your account has been created successfully." You will be redirected to your dashboard.
What Happens Next
- You will receive a verification email. Follow the instructions to verify your email address. See How to Verify Your Email Address.

- Once verified, you can begin setting up your company or managing your existing LLC from the dashboard.
