Setting Up Invoice Branding
Overview
The Branding settings let you customize how your invoices and payment pages look to your clients. You can upload your company logo, choose a brand color, and configure your Stripe connection. A consistent, professional appearance builds trust and reinforces your brand with every invoice you send.
Before You Begin
- Your Invoicing service must be activated with a connected Stripe account. See Activating the Invoicing Service if you have not done this yet.
- Have your company logo file ready. The recommended format is .png with a minimum size of 167x48 pixels.
- Know your brand color hex code (e.g., #1A73E8) or be prepared to select one using the color picker.
Uploading Your Logo

From the main navigation, go to Invoicing and click the Branding tab.

In the Brand Settings section, locate the Logo Upload area.

Upload your logo file.
What to do: Click the upload area and select a
.pngimage file from your computer. Ensure the image is at least 167x48 pixels for the best display quality.What you will seeA preview of your uploaded logo appears in the upload area.

Click the Save Changes button.
What you will seeA toast message confirms: "Perfect! Your settings have been saved successfully." Your logo will now appear on all invoices and payment pages.
Setting Your Brand Color

On the Payment Settings page, locate the Brand Color picker in the Brand Settings section.
What you will seeA color picker that lets you choose or enter a specific color.

Select your brand color.
What to do: Click the color picker to open it, then either select a color visually or enter a specific hex code for your brand color.

Click the Save Changes button.
What you will seeA toast message confirms: "Perfect! Your settings have been saved successfully." Your brand color will be applied to invoices and payment pages.
Updating Both Settings Together
You can upload a logo and set a brand color in the same session.
What to do: Complete both the logo upload and the color selection, then click Save Changes once to apply everything at the same time.
What Happens Next
- Your logo and brand color are applied to all new invoices you create.
- Payment pages (including your QuickPay link) reflect your branding, giving clients a consistent, professional experience.
- You can update your branding at any time by returning to the Branding tab and saving new settings. Changes apply to future invoices and immediately update payment pages.

My logo appears blurry on invoices

My brand color does not match what I selected

I do not see the Brand Settings section
