Choosing Optional Products
Overview
After selecting your formation state, you have the opportunity to add optional premium services to your order. These add-ons are entirely optional and are designed for customers who want a more personalized experience. StartGlobal's core formation service is fully featured without them, so only add what genuinely fits your needs.
Before You Begin
- You must have completed the state selection step.
- Review the available add-on descriptions to determine if any align with your needs.
- Have your budget in mind, as these are paid extras on top of the base formation fee.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Arrive at the optional products page.
After selecting your state and clicking "Continue", you will land on the optional products page.
What you will seeA page titled "Only if you need them, really." with an "Optional" badge and a subtitle explaining that these add-ons are for premium customers who want a personal touch.

Review the available add-on products.
Read the description and pricing for each optional product.
What you will seeProducts displayed as checkbox cards, including:
- Personal Account Manager -- $199 (marked as recommended). A dedicated account manager to guide you through the formation process and answer your questions.
- 1 Hour Full Platform Demo -- $99. A live walkthrough of the StartGlobal platform so you can get the most out of all available features.

Select any add-ons you want (optional).
Click the checkbox on any product card you wish to add to your order. You can select one, both, or none.
What you will seeThe selected card will become highlighted, indicating it has been added to your order.

Deselect an add-on if you change your mind.
Click the checkbox again on a selected product card to remove it.
What you will seeThe card will return to its unselected state.

Proceed to payment.
Click the "Continue" button to move to the payment step. If you want to change your state selection, click "Go Back" instead.
What you will seeYou will be taken to the payment summary and checkout page.
What Happens Next
- You will proceed to the payment page where you will see a summary of all selected products (including any optional add-ons) along with their pricing.
- You will then complete payment to begin the formation process.
