Providing E-Signatures
Overview
The final step in the LLC formation process is signing your legal documents electronically. After you confirmed your formation data, StartGlobal generates the required legal documents. Each document must be individually signed using the built-in electronic signature feature. Once all documents are signed, you can proceed and StartGlobal will begin filing your LLC with the state.
Before You Begin
- You must have confirmed and submitted your formation data in the Review step.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as document generation and signing require communication with the server.
- Be prepared to wait briefly while documents are generated (this usually takes under a minute).
- Do not close or navigate away from the page while documents are being generated.
