Tracking Incoming Mail
Overview
The All Mails tab shows every piece of mail received at your US Mailing Address, along with its current status and available actions. You can track mail from the moment it arrives through to shipment or download, and manage each item individually. This central view keeps you informed about all correspondence sent to your business address.
Before You Begin
- You must have an active StartGlobal account with an active US Mailing Address service.
- Navigate to Utilities in your dashboard sidebar.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the All Mails tab.
Click "Utilities" in the sidebar, then select the "All Mails" tab (available tabs: US Phone Number, US Mailing Address, All Mails, Shipping).

Review the list of received mail.
Scan through the table to see all mail items.
What you will seeEach row represents a piece of mail with its received date, a description of the item, its current status, and available action buttons.

Understand mail statuses.
Look at the Status column for each mail item.
What you will seeOne of the following status badges:
Status Color Meaning "Unread" Orange New mail that has not been opened or reviewed yet. "Read" Green Mail that has been reviewed. "Requested" Blue A shipment has been requested for this mail item. "Shipping" Blue The mail is currently being shipped to your address. "Shipped" Blue The mail has been shipped and is in transit or delivered. "Canceled" Red The shipment request for this mail was canceled. "Rejected" Red The mail or shipment was rejected. -
Download a mail document.
In the Actions column, click the "Download" button for the mail item you want to save.
What you will seeThe document downloads to your computer in its available format (typically PDF).

Request a shipment for a mail item.
In the Actions column, click the "Ship" button for the mail item you want shipped to your physical address.

Delete a mail item.
In the Actions column, click the "Delete" button for the mail item you want to remove.
What you will seeA confirmation dialog appears. After confirming, a toast notification appears: "Perfect! The document has been deleted successfully." The item is removed from the list.
What Happens Next
- New mail continues to arrive at your US Mailing Address and appears in the All Mails table automatically.
- Review new items promptly to stay on top of important correspondence.
- For physical delivery, request a shipment. For digital copies, use the download option.
- Keep your mailing address service and Registered Agent Service active to continue receiving mail.

Troubleshooting

| Mail list is empty | If you have not received any mail yet, the table will be empty. Ensure your mailing address service is active and your address is being used for correspondence. |

Mail list is empty
