Viewing Your Mailing Address
Overview
Your US Mailing Address is the physical address assigned to your business for receiving official mail and documents. This guide shows you how to view your address, copy it for use elsewhere, check your remaining mail count, and verify your address validity. Your mailing address remains active as long as you have a valid Registered Agent Service.
Before You Begin
- You must have an active StartGlobal account with a registered company.
- You must have an active US Mailing Address service with a valid Registered Agent Service.
- Navigate to Utilities in your dashboard sidebar.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the US Mailing Address tab.
Click "Utilities" in the sidebar, then select the "US Mailing Address" tab (available tabs: US Phone Number, US Mailing Address, All Mails, Shipping).
What you will seeA page titled "Your Mailing Address" displaying your assigned US business address.

View your mailing address.
Read the address displayed prominently on the page.
What you will seeYour full US mailing address, including street address, suite or box number, city, state, and ZIP code.

Copy your mailing address.
Click the "Copy" button next to your address.
What you will seeA toast notification appears: "Address copied to clipboard!" You can now paste the address into forms, documents, or correspondence.

Check your remaining mail count.
Look for the status badge near the top of the page.
What you will seeA badge displaying "{count} MAIL(S) REMAINING", showing how many pieces of mail you can still receive under your current plan.

Check your address validity period.
Look for the validity date on the page.

Review the Registered Agent requirement.
Read the note displayed on the page about address validity.
What you will seeA note stating: "Your Mailing Address is only valid if you have a valid Registered Agent Service." Ensure your Registered Agent subscription is current to keep your mailing address active.
What Happens Next
- Your mailing address continues to receive mail as long as your service is active and your Registered Agent subscription is valid.
- Incoming mail will appear on the All Mails tab where you can track, read, and request shipments.
- Monitor your remaining mail count and address validity to avoid interruptions.
