We store all mail for up to 30 days at no additional charge. After 30 days, you'll receive a reminder to take action. You can request forwarding, scanning, or disposal at any time. Packages are stored for 14 days before storage fees apply.

If you cancel or don't renew, we'll hold your mail for 30 days and send you reminders to collect or forward it. After 30 days, unclaimed mail is returned to sender. We recommend updating your address with all important contacts before cancellation.
